FOUNDATION
An 8-week guided experience for moving beyond a "fine" life and into one that feels extraordinary, without adding onto your schedule.
YOU'RE NOT IMAGINING IT
Ninety percent of the time, the answer is "fine." And most of the time, you mean it.
You're not in crisis. You're not ungrateful. You've built something real.
But if you're honest, fine has a flat feeling to it. And you've been carrying that flatness around for a while now.
You might recognize a few of these:
You're flat, restless, or under-inspired more days than you'd say out loud.
You feel disconnected from your own wants. Most days you're not even sure what they are anymore.
You feel guilty putting yourself anywhere near the top of your own list.
You get excited about an idea on a Tuesday and can't remember why it mattered by Thursday.
You're grateful for your life, and you also know, somewhere underneath that gratitude, that you want more out of it.
If any of that landed, congrats!
Your identity has outgrown the framework of your daily rhythm and you're in the right place to fix it.
NOT A WILLPOWER PROBLEM
I want to explain something, because I don't think anyone's ever actually explained it to you.
When you're younger, life hands you guideposts. Get the degree. Build the career. Raise the kids. Hit the milestones.
And you did. That's not nothing. That's actually the hard part.
But here's what nobody tells you: once you've hit them, or once you've decided some of them were never really yours to begin with, those guideposts disappear.
And nothing automatically replaces them. What fills the space instead is obligation, responsibility, the next thing on the list. Your days start running you, instead of the other way around.
"I think about it almost like a cell's mitochondria. You can run your energy like a little desk pendulum, ball hits ball, back and forth, efficient, predictable, fine.
Or you can run it like a centrifuge, spinning, dropping the heavy stuff, staying light. One of those keeps you upright. The other one actually generates energy."
-Andrea Marcellus
Most of my clients have been living in pendulum mode for years. Not because something's wrong with them.
Because nobody ever handed them a reason to build anything else. That's what Foundation is for.
WHAT THIS IS
It isn't therapy, and it isn't a journaling app.
And it isn't one more set of goals you'll abandon by week three.
It's eight weeks of doing one specific thing on purpose: making what you want count for something again.
Every Sunday, you'll set a real intention for your week. Something small enough to actually do, big enough to matter.
Every Friday, you'll check back in. In between, you've got a community doing this alongside you, and me, showing up weekly to keep you honest and moving.
Not because you need another obligation on your calendar.
Because having one thing you're genuinely excited about changes the energy you bring to everything else on that calendar. Your work. Your family. Your own body. All of it.
That's how you get past fine. Not motivation. Energy and perspective, built one week at a time.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
This is a complete, guided process. Not a bunch of videos and PDFs you'll never integrate.
Just two evolving pieces, working together for eight weeks, to ideate what you want and keep it in view.
YOUR STARTING POINT
Your "Harvest" & "Seed" Worksheets
If you're not even sure what you want anymore, this is how you find out. With my help, you'll map out six areas of your life - your "garden" - by identifying what would feel fulfilling, improving, or energizing in each one. The steps to these "get-to-do's" will become "seeds" you plant into your calendar each week, just 1-3 at a time. All consistency, zero overwhelm.
INSIDE FOUNDATION
Your Superpowers Strategies Course
An ever-evolving library of videos and handouts to help you generate energy and joy in small ways every day while developing the habit of self-prioritization. These strategies are built to be used, not just read or viewed.
WEEKLY RHYTHM
Your Sunday Intention, Friday Check-In
Every Sunday, you'll set one real intention for your week - a "seed" small enough to plant in your calendar, knowing it will grow big enough to matter over time. Every Friday, you'll check in on your progress and also report on what's grown.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Real Community, Not a Group Chat Nobody Checks
You're doing this alongside other members doing the same work. Genuine accountability, not just another notification you swipe past.
LIVE SUPPORT
Weekly Live Events with Andrea
A standing weekly session for motivation, perspective, and a gut check when you need one, led personally by Andrea.
YOUR OWN GOAL
A Weekly Self-Prioritization Goal, Chosen By You
Not a generic assignment. Each week you choose what matters most to prioritize for yourself, and build the muscle of actually doing it.
WHERE YOU'LL LAND
Clearer about what you want. Not everything, just the next true thing.
More energized by your actual days, not the vacation you're planning six months from now.
More connected to yourself, the version of you that existed before everyone else's needs got first pick.
More confident acting on your own desires instead of quietly negotiating yourself out of them.
More excited about what might be possible next.
That's the whole ask. Not a new life. Just a truer, more exciting relationship with the one you've got.
SMALL STEPS, REAL CHANGE
Many people who have come through my Foundation Method find that by week three, they've done something as small, yet impactful as protecting one uninterrupted hour every week that used to belong to everyone but them.
Others finally signed up for the class they'd been talking about doing "someday" for two years.
A few started a bread-making side business. One hired an instructor to teach her TikTok dances 1:1 just for fun.
None of that sounds dramatic written down, and it doesn't need to. The point isn't the size or type of "seeds."
The point is that each of them has made doing joyful things for themselves a weekly habit - on purpose, and with intention, instead of waiting for time or permission that was never going to arrive on its own.
YOUR GUIDE
I've spent thirty-four years doing this work. First with people's bodies, and for the last several years, with the part of them that no amount of weight loss ever actually touched.
I'm the founder and CEO of AND/life, and the creator of Shape Up: Body and Mind, the method behind my book, The Way In.
But LifeLift didn't come out of a marketing meeting. It came out of my own life.
I kept giving people the exact advice I needed to take myself. The version of me who had built a full, successful life and still felt strangely flat about most of it.
So I started pulling that work out on its own, testing it quietly with a small group of women for about a year, and watching what happened when someone finally treated her own fulfillment as seriously as her to-do list.
I'm also a credentialed Neuroplastician through NPN, the Neuroplastician Network, founded by JJ Kennedy, PhD, and overseen by a board of nine neuroscientists.
That's the brain-training piece underneath everything I teach. It isn't guesswork, and it isn't positive thinking.
I built LifeLift the way I build everything: from watching real people, in real life, until a pattern became a method.

REAL RESULTS
These amazing shifts are all from Andrea's early one-on-one Life/Lift work, done quietly with a small group of women before this program had a name.
A CARETAKER
She was the one everyone in her family called when something went wrong, and caring for her mother had become an obligation more than a relationship. She's now most of the way through writing a novel, has a second book in mind, tried standup comedy for the first time in her life, and says the time with her mother finally feels like something she looks forward to instead of something she gets through.
A RETIRED TEACHER
Recently divorced, and by her own account, not much confidence left. She now runs a small sourdough bread business, builds woodworking projects, and organizes group trips that she plans and leads herself.
A FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Twenty-plus years into a career at one of the major firms, working toward something bigger: running her own family office. Her block was never her competence. It was the version of herself she'd built to survive rooms that never quite reflected who she actually was.
Every one of them started exactly where Foundation begins: with the space and time to take an honest look at what you actually want.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE
No. I'm not a therapist and this isn't a substitute for one. This is about behavior, identity, and follow-through, the part of you that already knows what you want and needs a structure to actually act on it.
That's exactly who Foundation is for. You don't need clarity to start. The eight weeks are how you get it.
No. Some people come to LifeLift after SUBM, because the body work is done and this is the piece underneath it. Others start here first. Both are the right door.
You can stay in the LifeLift Community for $49 a month, weekly events and all.
And if something opened up in you that wants to go further, LifeLift: Elevation is there, a 16 week, next-level experience I lead personally in very small groups. You don't have to decide that today.
